February 10–14 is FRYSC Appreciation Week, and we are excited to introduce Mrs. Darla Shepherd as the new FRYSC Coordinator serving Rosspoint and Green Hills Elementary. We are thrilled to welcome Darla and are grateful to have her joining our school community. 💙🤍 Mrs. Darla Shepherd - Coordinator 💚💛 Mrs. Sheila Hensley - Assistant Coordinator Mrs. Shepherd and Mrs. Hensley work together to support the FRYSC center for both schools. Their mission is to ensure students and families have access to the resources they need to succeed. The FRYSC office doors are always open—for supplies, food, support, smiles, and encouragement. We appreciate all that our FRYSC team does to support our students and families every day!

The KY Moms MATR program invites all expectant mothers and moms who are up to 12 months postpartum to attend a FREE education class! All eligible participants will receive a $25 Walmart gift card for attending. To register for a class, simply call 606-337-2070. Justin Howard with Take The Shot recently hosted a county-wide social media poll to vote for your favorite 8th grade basketball player and 8th grade cheerleader. We’re excited to announce that both winners came from Green Hills! 🏀 Pheonix Morgan was voted Favorite 8th Grade Basketball Player 📣 Adalyn Brock was voted Favorite 8th Grade Cheerleader Congratulations to Pheonix and Adalyn on this well-deserved recognition!
