The winner of Mrs. Hensley’s upper block attendance competition for the month of August was 5th grade. They got to vote on what dessert they would like to eat in class as a reward. (They voted for banana pudding) 5th-8th graders, be sure to come to school for a chance to earn a reward for your class in September.
8th grade has been learning about geologic time and types of fossils. They got to use molds and plaster to create their own fossil models to paint and take home.
