GHES Kindergarteners celebrated reaching their goal of 1,000 Class Dojo points with an ice cream party.
Class Dojo is an educational app that awards points for positive behaviors (like "working hard" or "being kind") to reinforce specific values and skills.

Mrs.Caldwell's 4th grade class celebrated the end of CKLA Unit 2 with a Middle Ages Day! Students got to be either a Lord or Lady with a crown, create a miniature castle, and take a virtual field trip to a historic English castle. They then experienced life as a Knight by making a custom shield and wearing their armor. Students concluded their Middle Ages Day by eating a traditional Serf meal of rye bread and cheese. The students had an awesome day!
